Shipping Policy

1. General Information

  • Standard processing time is generally 1 - 2 business days after you have placed your order and payment have been received.

  • Shipping is primarily handled by Australia Post, with additional courier services used at our discretion for larger or special orders.

  • Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be provided upon dispatch (please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it).

2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times depend on the destination and service selected:

Standard Australia Post Shipping

  • Metro Areas: 2 – 10 business days

  • Rural/Regional Areas: 2 – 13 business days

Express Australia Post Shipping

  • Metro Areas: 1 – 4 business days

  • Rural/Regional Areas: 1 – 7 business days

Bulky Orders via Courier

  • Metro Areas: 2 – 10 business days

  • Rural/Regional Areas: 2–17 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they are subject to Australia Post and courier processes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping / Delivery fees include GST, as well as packaging and handling fees.

  • We strive to keep postage costs accurate. If you are overcharged, we will provide a coupon or refund for the difference. If undercharged, we will contact you to arrange for an additional shipping fee. A $10 restocking fee applies if you choose to cancel your order due to this.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $12.00 for items under 500g and $15.00 for items under 2kg (express options available where possible).

  • Purchases over 2kg may incur higher shipping rates based on volume. An amended invoice will be sent for any extra charges, and orders will only ship once costs are paid in full.

4. Local Pickup

  • Items can be picked up from Sorrento, Perth, WA, with prior arrangement and sufficient notice.

  • Select the collection option when placing your order and we will contact you to make arrangements prior to the collection date.

  • Local pickups must be made within 14 days of order completion. Beyond this period, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Loss, Damage, and Inspection

  • If your order exceeds $100, additional insurance for loss or damage can be arranged upon request.

  • Once your parcel is delivered, please inspect it for damage within 24 hours. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee assistance in resolving issues.

  • Any damages during transit will be addressed in line with the shipping provider’s policies.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the buyer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

7. Re-Shipping and Refunds

  • If an order needs to be shipped more than once due to customer error, additional postage fees will apply.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Express Postage

  • Express shipping expedites your parcel within the postal system but does not prioritize production time. Orders will still adhere to stated turnaround times. Select the express delivery option at checkout. Please note that additional fees may apply.
