Terms & Conditions

When purchasing from Graceful Creations, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Website Images

  • All images on our website are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible but are for guidance purposes only.

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to factors such as lighting, angles, screen quality, and other variables.

2. Ordering

  • All sales are final.

  • Please carefully review product descriptions and details prior to completing your purchase.

  • If you require additional information about an item, contact us via email before ordering.

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided due to change of mind or purchase errors.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • If stock is not on hand, processing may take longer than expected but we will advise if there is any delay.

​

4. Express Shipping

  • Express Shipping expedites delivery through Australia Post but does not affect processing time.

​

5. Shipping

  • Orders ship from Perth, Western Australia, 6000, and we only ship within Australia (no international shipping).

  • Australia Post is our default carrier, and shipping rates will be quoted and provided to you.

  • Shipments are processed with Authority to Leave by default.

Responsibility for Shipping Details

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct and provides a location where someone can receive the package.

  • We are not liable for unattended packages that go missing or are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

​

Damages and Lost Items

  • In the event of damage or loss during transit, items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Coordination with the courier for investigation is required and may take time; customers will be informed of outcomes as soon as available.

  • Contact Graceful Creations within 24 hours of receipt (per Australia Post delivery date) to report any damages.

  • Retain all items and packaging for investigation purposes. Evidence may be requested.

  • Graceful Creations will not be liable for items lost in transit if incorrect order details were provided.

Additional Shipping Costs

  • Purchases over 2kg may incur higher shipping rates based on volume. An amended invoice will be sent for any extra charges, and orders will only ship once costs are paid in full.

​

Courier-Related Delays

  • Graceful Creations is not liable for delays caused by courier operations. If urgent delivery is required, please select Express Postage and notify us accordingly.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon completion of the courier's investigation.

​

Missing Items

  • Notify Graceful Creations within 24 hours of receipt if any items are missing from your order for prompt investigation and resolution.

​

6. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available in Sorrento, Perth, Western Australia, 6000, by appointment only.

  • Customers will receive an email confirming when their order is ready for collection (check spam/junk folders if no email is received within 72 hours).

  • Collection details will be provided in the email.

Inspection Before Leaving Premises

  • Items are checked and packed to ensure correctness and quality. Customers are encouraged to inspect items for defects upon collection.

  • Graceful Creations cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items once they leave our premises, as we cannot guarantee how they are handled or stored afterward.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Sale or Clearance Items

  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they do not match the description at the time of purchase.

Returns

  • Damaged items or items lost in transit may be replaced or refunded at Graceful Creations' discretion.

  • All custom designed / printed items cannot be returned or refunded as Graceful Creations will not be able to resell these items.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt (per Australia Post delivery date) to report faulty or damaged items.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and not personalized.

  • Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.

  • Items that have left our facility (via postage or pickup) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Restocking Fees

  • If items have not left our facility, a 10% restocking fee will apply for cancellations or changes. This fee must be paid prior to processing your request.

​

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind or purchase errors.

    • Items damaged due to customer handling.

    • Items lost in transit (as reported by the courier).

    • Sale or clearance items (unless they do not match descriptions).

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee, including partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pickup.

  • Out-of-stock items identified during order fulfillment will be refunded in full.
