Return & Refund Policy
When purchasing from Graceful Creations, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions relating to returns/cancellations/refunds:

​Returns

Damaged items or items lost in transit may be replaced or refunded at Graceful Creations' discretion.

All custom designed / printed items cannot be returned or refunded as Graceful Creations will not be able to resell these items.

Contact us within 24 hours of receipt (per Australia Post delivery date) to report faulty or damaged items.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and not personalized.

Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

Items that have left our facility (via postage or pickup) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Sale or Clearance Items

Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they do not match the description at the time of purchase.

Restocking Fees

If items have not left our facility, a 10% restocking fee will apply for cancellations or changes. This fee must be paid before processing your request.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or purchase errors.

Items damaged due to customer handling.

Items lost in transit (as reported by the courier).

Sale or clearance items (unless they do not match descriptions).

Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee, including partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pickup.

Out-of-stock items identified during order fulfillment will be refunded in full.
