Return & Refund Policy

When purchasing from Graceful Creations, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions relating to returns/cancellations/refunds:

​Returns

  • Damaged items or items lost in transit may be replaced or refunded at Graceful Creations' discretion.

  • All custom designed / printed items cannot be returned or refunded as Graceful Creations will not be able to resell these items.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt (per Australia Post delivery date) to report faulty or damaged items.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and not personalized.

  • Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

  • Items that have left our facility (via postage or pickup) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Sale or Clearance Items

  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they do not match the description at the time of purchase.

Restocking Fees

  • If items have not left our facility, a 10% restocking fee will apply for cancellations or changes. This fee must be paid before processing your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind or purchase errors.

    • Items damaged due to customer handling.

    • Items lost in transit (as reported by the courier).

    • Sale or clearance items (unless they do not match descriptions).

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee, including partial refunds and changes from shipping to local pickup.

  • Out-of-stock items identified during order fulfillment will be refunded in full.
