1. Handmade Nature of Products

   All items are handmade. Slight variations in colour, placement, or finish are normal and part of the handmade process. These are not considered faults.

2. Custom Orders

   Custom orders require full payment before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. See our Custom Order Policy for the full process.

3. Pricing

   All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payment

   We accept secure online payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping

   By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy. Graceful Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or public holidays.

6. Product Safety

   Some items may contain small parts. Please keep them away from young children. Graceful Creations is not liable for misuse of products.

7. Intellectual Property

   All designs, images, and content are the property of Graceful Creations. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Liability

   To the extent permitted by Australian law, Graceful Creations is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
