Add your chosen name in the ‘Add your personalisation ’ field. Names are copied exactly as entered, so please double‑check spelling, punctuation and capital letters before submitting. Font and font colours are fixed and cannot be changed.
Shipping Information
Orders are handmade to order. Most orders are ready in 7–15 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and postal transit.
Make sure your email, phone number, and shipping address are correct at checkout. Return‑to‑sender parcels caused by incorrect details will be present at the customer’s expense.
Tracking will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Changes cannot be made once your order is placed. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

Covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper care, dropping, or misuse is not covered.
