Personalisation
· Add your chosen name in the ‘Add your personalisation’ field. Names are copied exactly as entered, so please double‑check spelling, punctuation and capital letters before submitting. Font and font colours are fixed and cannot be changed.

Shipping
Most orders are ready in 7–15 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and postal transit.
