Glitter Colour Availability
For items that include glitter, Graceful Creations will always aim to use the exact colour requested. However, glitter shades can vary across suppliers, be discontinued, or be unavailable at the time of production.
If the exact colour is not available, Graceful Creations reserves the right to use the closest matching glitter colour to ensure your item is completed on time and maintains the intended look. This substitution will always be chosen with care to match the original design as closely as possible.
Shipping Information
All items are handmade to order. Most orders are ready in 7–15 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and postal transit.
Please ensure your email, phone number, and shipping address are correct at checkout. Return‑to‑sender parcels caused by incorrect details will be re-sent at the customer’s expense.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Changes cannot be made once your order is placed. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
